Shipping policy

Every Say Softly order ships from our fulfillment partner in Newark, Delaware. Nothing comes from overseas, so you are not waiting weeks for a gift you needed on a specific day.

 

PROCESSING TIME. Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

 

TRANSIT TIME. Standard delivery within the United States usually takes 3 to 7 business days after shipping. Total time from order to doorstep is generally under two weeks, and often much less.

 

TRACKING. Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned. If your tracking has not updated in 5 business days, email us and we will chase it for you.

 

SHIPPING COST. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. You will see the exact amount before you pay. There are no charges added after checkout.

 

WHERE WE SHIP. We currently ship within the United States.

 

GIFT ORDERS. Items arrive in their presentation box with the message card inside, ready to give. We do not include a price anywhere in the parcel.

 

WRONG ADDRESS. If you notice a mistake in your address, email us immediately. We can usually correct it before the order ships, but once a parcel is in transit we cannot reroute it.

 

DELAYS. Carrier delays happen, especially around major holidays. If your gift is needed for a specific date, order early and tell us the date. We will do what we can.
