How much is shipping? Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, and you see the exact amount before you pay. There are never any charges added after checkout.
Where do orders ship from? Every order ships from our fulfillment partner in Newark, Delaware, USA — nothing comes from overseas.
How long does it take? Orders are prepared and shipped within 3 business days, and standard US delivery is 3–7 business days after that. Order early if you need it for a specific date.
Do you provide tracking? Yes — every order ships with tracking, and you'll get the number by email as soon as it's scanned.
Do you ship internationally? Right now we ship within the United States.
The gift itself
Does it arrive ready to give? Yes. Every piece arrives in its presentation box with the message card inside, ready to gift. We never include a price in the parcel.
Is the necklace real gold? Our pieces are beautifully gold, rose-gold, or silver plated — designed to look premium and be gift-worthy at an affordable price.
Can I choose the message / style? Yes — many pieces come in multiple styles and finishes you select at checkout.
